Refund Guarantee

At CA Grader, we stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request the refund within 7 days of your purchase
• You have used the service and found it doesn't meet your expectations
• There is a technical issue preventing you from accessing the service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@indiaschool.ai with:

• Your email address associated with the account
• Transaction ID (from your receipt or email)
• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method you used.

Refund Processing Time

Once we approve your refund request, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to appear in your account. In some cases, your bank may take longer to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase
• Amounts already credited as usage or evaluations
• Payments made due to user error (e.g., accidental duplicate purchases)

In case of duplicate or accidental purchases, contact us immediately at support@indiaschool.ai and we will issue a refund.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have a recurring subscription (Monthly or Yearly), you can cancel it anytime from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Any remaining time in your current billing period will not be refunded.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund. For example, if you purchased an annual subscription but request cancellation after 3 months, we may offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion, depending on the circumstances.

Chargeback Protection

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank after requesting a refund from us, we may take action to recover the funds or suspend your account. We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback.

No Refund for Free Services

The free tier of CA Grader (3 evaluations per day) cannot be refunded as no payment is involved. This is a free service provided by IndiaSchool.ai Pvt Ltd.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of CA Grader following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
