Digital Service Delivery
CA Grader is a cloud-based digital service. Upon successful payment, you will gain immediate access to your subscribed plan. No physical shipment is involved.
Subscription Activation
After completing your payment through PayU:
- Your subscription will be activated immediately upon payment confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email with your subscription details
- You can log in to your CA Grader account and start using the service right away
- No physical delivery or processing time is required
Payment Confirmation
You will receive:
- An immediate payment confirmation on your screen
- A confirmation email with transaction ID and subscription details
- Receipt available in your account dashboard
Service Availability
CA Grader is accessible 24/7 through our website at cagrader.com. We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime. In case of scheduled maintenance, we will notify users in advance.
Subscription Start Date
For Monthly plans: Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews every 30 days.
For Yearly plans: Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews after 365 days.
Renewal Billing
If you have set up automatic renewal:
- You will be notified via email before each renewal date
- Your card will be charged automatically on the renewal date
- You can cancel anytime before the renewal date
- If renewal payment fails, you will receive a notification email
Failed Payments
If your payment fails during renewal:
- You will be notified via email
- Your account will retain limited access for 3 days
- You can retry payment from your account settings
- If payment is not successful within 3 days, your subscription will be downgraded to the free plan
Account Access After Payment
Once your subscription is active, you can:
- Log in with your email address
- Access all features of your plan immediately
- Submit answers for evaluation anytime
- Access your evaluation history and performance analytics
- Use the handwriting OCR and practice test features
Cancellation & Access
If you cancel your subscription:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- After that, your account will be downgraded to the free plan (3 evaluations/day)
- Your historical data and evaluation records will be retained
- You can reactivate your subscription anytime
Data Backup & Loss Prevention
We maintain secure servers with regular backups to ensure:
- Your evaluations and answers are safely stored
- Your account data is never lost
- You can always access your evaluation history
- Your performance analytics are preserved
Service Disruption
In case of temporary service disruption:
- We will provide updates on our website and via email
- We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime
- Service restoration will be prioritized
- No refunds will be issued for minor disruptions lasting less than 4 hours
